Accessing the MIS Dashboard -

The MIS Dashboard can only be accessed by users who have Referral Reporting access It can be accessed by clicking ‘Dashboard’ in the top right hand corner of the Bank’s Profile screen

Referral Data -

-

The MIS Dashboard provides users with access to the following referral data (for Outgoing and Incoming); - Open referrals - New or In Progress referrals that are - 30 days or less old - 30 - 60 days old - 60 - 90 days old - Older than 90 days - And the Average days open - Closed referrals - Completed/Rejected or Withdrawn referrals that are - 30 days or less old - 30 - 60 days old - 60 - 90 days old - Older than 90 days - And the Average days open This data is illustrated in a tabular and chart format.

Within the tabular view, the column titles are also clickable and, when clicked, will take the user to a filtered version of the Referral Reporting table. For example if you were to click on Complete…

Please note you may now export the report by clicking on the ‘EXPORT CSV’ button..

Full Member bank access vs regular access -

If you are logged in as a user of a Full Member bank, you have access to the ‘View data for all associates’ checkbox.

If you are logged in as a user of a Full Member bank that has no child associates or as a user of a Limited/Foreign Branch/Independent Associate or Associate the ‘View data for all associates’ checkbox doesn’t display and you are presented with data for your bank only

When ‘View data for all associates?’ is selected (checked), this combines the data of all associates within that bank group as per the following; ‘All associates - Outgoing Referrals’ - this is a consolidated set of outgoing referral data for all banks in the group

‘All associates - Incoming Referrals’ - this is a consolidated set of incoming referral data for all banks in the group

And then each bank within the group is listed individually:

Additional tools Filters ● ●

Users are able to drill-down into the data further by filtering by month/year and bank Month/year filter - this allows the user to only view data up until that selected point in time.

For example: If I select November 2020, I will be seeing all referral data up until the end of November 2020…

If I select January 2015, I will be seeing all referral data up until the end of January 2018…

‘Filter by banks’ - this dropdown only displays banks who have interacted with that bank at some point in time. For example, if Test Bank 1 has never processed a referral with Nordea, Nordea will not appear as a selectable option

This buttons allow the data to be exported in either a CSV or PDF format

These buttons work alongside the filters and the ‘View data for all associates’ button, meaning that a user can grab multiple exports for different months/years

Referral targets ●

Within the bank’s edit screen, bank’s are able to set a ‘Referral target’ number. When set, this checks whether a referral has moved from 'New' to any other status within the bank’s assigned timeframe. If the referral is still in ‘New’, an email is sent to the user who created the referral notifying them that the referral requires attention. For example, if Test Bank 1 had ‘1’ set as the Referral target, all users would receive an email notification if their referral was still set to ‘New’ after 1 day of being open

Emails are sent out via a scheduled routine every morning. An example email can be seen below
