ABOUT THE FACILITY Located on George Mason University's SciTech campus in Manassas, Virginia, the Nanofabrication Facility (NFF) serves as a core laboratory to conduct innovative research and development, and workforce training.
OUR EQUIPM EN T The NFF class 1000 cleanroom has photolithography, deposition, and etching equipment for fabricating structures. Additionally, the characterization labs offer instruments for measuring and studying materials. Please visit nff.gmu.edu to view a list of available equipment.
