WHO YOU GONNA CALL?
As a members’ organisation, the IBFI is here to support you as bike fitters, as well as offer support to the wider industry. To make sure we’re as accessible as possible, we’ve recently changed a few contact details to make it easier for you to get any help you need.

Membership
If you’re looking to join the IBFI, or have any questions about joining, then this is the email address to use. It’s also the best place to send any required edits to your listing, or to apply for a change in your existing certification level join@ibfi-certification.com
Mentoring
Level 1 and 2 fitters can access our great mentoring programme where there’ll get support and mentoring from an experienced bike fitter. To take part in the programme, either to be mentored or to offer to mentor, then please email Tom Wiseman using our mentoring email address: mentoring@ibfi-certification.com
Certificates
Tom is also the best person to speak to about your IBFI certificates. If you’ve recently become certified and yet to receive a certificate, or you’ve changed your certification level and would like your certificate updating, then Tom is your man mentoring@ibfi-certification.com
Magazine
Any queries about the magazine, suggested future articles or requests to be the next fitter profile need to go to Lee Prescott. He’s the Vice President of the IBFI as well as managing editor of International Bike Fitter magazine. lee@ibfi-certification.com
