Drive-in Movie Night

When the going gets tough, IBEW Local 103 gets creative! Our Union Hall hosted our first-ever Drivein Family Movie Night in our parking lot, screening the classic film, The Goonies, for members and loved ones.

In The Goonies, a band of children from the ‘Goon Docks’ neighborhood in Astoria, Oregon, uncover an old treasure map that promises to lead them to the long-lost pirate’s booty of One-Eyed Willy. The kids need the hidden treasure to save their homes from a developer’s plan to build a golf course.

It was a great night to join together while safely adhering to social distancing measures. IBEW Local 103 was happy to have a packed lot, as families gathered to enjoy the movie, and of course, some movie snacks! Thanks to everyone who joined!
