APPLE AND CINNAMON PATTY Ingredients:      

4 apples 50g sugar 30g butter Sunflower oil 2 or 1 spoonful cinnamon Powdered sugar 1 package wafer (Boutoni)

Cooking tools:           

The Oven A Fork A Spoon A Wooden spatula A Knife A Tray A Pan A Plate A Brush Parchment paper A Chopping board

Procedure:       

First, peel the apples and cut them in square.

Then, preheat the pan to strong fire and grease it with butter and sugar.

Next, put the apple in the pan and add cinnamon.

Preheat the oven to 200 C Now, take the wafer and fill with apple and cinnamon and put in the tray.

Before you finish, of finally, coat the apple and cinnamon patty and put it in the oven.

Finally, put in the plate apple and cinnamon patty in the plate and sprinkle powdered sugar.

Ingredients:     

100gr butter 250gr flour 100gr sugar 1 egg 1 spoonful of baking powder

Procedure:  First, break the egg in the bowl and add the sugar and stir.  Second, little by little put the flour in to the bowl.  After, put the butter in the microwave for 2 min and when it is liquid, put it in the bowl.  Now, put the baking powder in the bowl and stir it with the beater.  Then, make a dough , and put the moulds and make the figures, then put it on the tray.  Finally, put the tray in the oven. Then put it to 2 hundred degrees and when the oven sounds, it is ready.

ROAST CHICKEN Ingredients:  1 chicken  A pinch of salt  1 potato

Cooking tools:  An Oven tray  An Oven  A Knife Procedure: 1. Cut the potato and put it in an oven tray.

2. Cut the chicken and put it on the potatoes.

3. Put The tray with the potatoes and the chicken get into the oven.

4. Put the oven at 175º and bake the chicken for 50 minutes.

CAKE INGREDIENTS: -1, lemon yoghurt.

-1, yoghurt pot of sunflower oil.

-1, yoghurt pot of sugar.

-3, yogurt pot of flour.

-16g of yeast.

-3 eggs.

COOKING TOOLS:  A bowl  A beater  A mould PROCEDURE: First, put 1 lemon yoghurt in the bowl, Second, add 1 yoghurt pot of sunflower oil in the bowl. Then, put 1 yoghurt pot of sugar in the bowl, After, add 3 yoghurt pots of flour in the bowl. Then, put 16g of yeast in the bowl, After, put 3 eggs in the bowl, Then, stir it with beater and add it to in the mould. Finally bake it in the oven for 30 min.

ROAST CHICKEN WITH POTATOES Ingredients 

1 chicken



1 potato 5 spoonfuls of oil 3 pinch of salt

Procedure Put the oven at 190 degrees.

Put 5 spoonfuls of oil on in the oven tray.

Cut the potato in slices.

Add the chicken and potato slices on in the oven tray.

Put the oven tray with the chicken and potatoes in the oven for 1 hour .

CREME CARAMEL

Ingredients: For 4 persons  4 eggs  500ml of milk  100g of sugar

Cooking tools: - a whisk - a saucepan - a plate - a bowl

For the caramel  4 teaspoons of sugar Procedure:     

First, mix the eggs, the milk and the sugar in the bowl.

Then, beat the ingredients with the whisk.

Next, put the other sugar in a saucepan.

When the sugar is melt, pop it in the bowl with the mixture.

Finally, put this in the bain-marie for 30 min.

Chocolate cake

Ingredients:        

1 yoghurt 3 eggs 2 yoghurt pots of flour 1 yoghurt pot of cocoa 2 yoghurt pots of sugar 1 yoghurt pot of sunflower oil 1 envelope of yeast, 16g 1 teaspoon of butter

Cooking tools:       

A mould A bowl A spoon An oven A plate A spatula A beater

Procedure: First break 3 3ggs in a bowl and pour 2 yoghurt pots of sugar.

Then add 1 yoghurt pot of sunflower oil.

Now pour 1 yoghurt in the bowl and beat the ingredients.

When the ingredients are well beaten, add 2 yoghurt pots of flour, 16g of yeast and 1 yoghurt pot of cocoa. Then grease a mould with butter.

Finally bake it for of 30 min.

HAFSA AOUCHAB

BROWNIE 

INGREDIENTS:





3 spoonfuls of flower 3 spoonfuls of sugar 2 spoonfuls of cocoa 1 egg 3 spoonfuls of milk 3 spoonfuls of oil A bite of hot chocolate



COOKING TOOLS:

A spoon A microwave A cup A plate



PROCEDURE:



First, mix all of the ingredients in a cup.

After that, whisk the mixture with the spoon.

Then, put the microwave for 3 minutes.

Later, remove the cup from the microwave and wait until the brownie is cold.

    

Open the dough and give form to cookies with the moulds.

Finally bake the cookies for 20 minutes.

POTATO OMELETTE Ingredients:    

Procedure:  

First, peel the potatoes, and chop them .

Then, put 3 spoonfuls oil in the pan, and place the potatoes in the pan.

Next, put the potatoes in the plate and after having fried them.

After, break the eggs with a fork and put them in the bowl, and stir.

Mix the potatoes and the eggs and put a pinch of salt.

Put the the oil and the mixture in the pan, and fry on two sides Finally put the omelette in the plate.

JANDRY ROSALES

Onion omelette 

Ingredients 1 onion 2 eggs A pinch of salt



Put 2 eggs in a plate, beat them.

Then , put the onion and the eggs and stir it.

Fry it in the pan , stir.

Finally , put it in a plate.

Croissant Ingredients:   

One pack of pastry.

A tin of Nutella, Nocilla...

One egg.

Coocking tools:    

An oven.

A cup.

A fork.

A knife.

Procedure: First cut the pastry. Second put nocilla or nutella on the pastry. Next roll the pastry with nocilla. Then break the egg in the cup pot and it whisk it with a fork. Finally put the egg on the pastry and put in the oven.

RICE PUDDING (Using a Thermomix)

Ingredients: (for 6 portions)       

1500 g of milk 200 g of rice 230 g of sugar ½ rind of lemon and orange A pinch of salt 1 stick of cinnamon Ground cinnamon to sprinkle

Cooking tools:   

A Thermomix A Knife A bowl

Procedure: 1. Put the butterfly in the blades.

2.

Put the milk, the rice, the rind of lemon and orange, the stick of cinnamon and the salt in the jar.

3.

Programme it 45 min/90º/vel 1.

Add the sugar in the jar.

5.

Programme 10 min/90º/vel 1

6.

Pop all in the bowl, and remove the rind of lemon and orange and the stick of cinnamon, and let it chill.

7.

Sprinkle cinnamon and your recipe is ready to eat.
