Mr. Colayco brings with him 23 years of experience as an international footwear marketer having worked with major Italian (Cebo Italia) and German (Far East Grohmann Footwear H.K.) shoe making and trading companies buying from Vietnam, Thailand and China for export to Europe. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines and a Regis MBA degree with honors from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

He is the Founder of Neural Mechanics, a deep-learning solutions company headquartered in Singapore. He is responsible for helping client companies transform their businesses by focusing on their customers using deep-learning in enterprise architecture. Mr. Domingo has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Major in Finance, and a Master’s degree in Finance and Applied Economics from the University of Southern California, USA.

LARRY S. ESGUERRA IV, MBA

Program Director, Finance & Accounting Programs

Mr. Esguerra is a Professor of Finance at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He is also the Chief Financial Officer of a multinational construction and engineering firm and a diversified group of companies. Mr. Esguerra holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of the Philippines, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

ASTERIO L. FAVIS, JR.

Institute Director, Ateneo-BAP Institute of Banking

In partnership with the Bankers Association of the Philippines (BAP), Mr. Favis heads the Ateneo-BAP Institute of Banking. He has an extensive experience in Money Market (MM) Foreign Exchange (FX) and Asset Liability Management. Prior to this, he held several posts, such as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Head of Consumer Lending and Legal Department of Sterling Bank of Asia, EVP and Head of Treasury Division of Philippine National Bank, Senior Vice President (SVP) and Head of Financial Markets Division of AB Capital Investment Coporation, among others. Mr. Favis hold a bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University.

Ms. Jamias is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, a training and development consultant, and a seminar facilitator. She works with business and academe, government, and private organizations. Her field of proficiency includes strengths-based leadership and teamwork, employee engagement, communication, organizational change, and corporate culture. She is also the Executive Director of the Petbowe Management Academy.

Mr. Lacsamana is a global finance professional with intensive experience in Treasury (Front Office and Operations), Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Derivatives, Global Trade and Finance, and Elliot Wave Analysis. He is a global facilitative trainer for Money and Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange, Counterparry Credit Risk, Credit Valuation Adjustment and All About Market Value at Risk courses, for Central Banks, SEC., universal banks, multinational corporations, local conglomerates, business schools, professional associations, and private individuals conducted in key Asian, Middle Easters and European Financial Centers.

Dean, Ateneo Graduate School of Business & Program Director, Leadership & Management Development Program

Dr. Jet F. Magsaysay is the Dean of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He is president of Strategic Directions, Inc., a strategy- and management-consulting firm that caters to top corporations in diverse industries. As a strategy and organizational development consultant, he has guided leading corporations in the Philippines and Southeast Asia in developing their visions and strategies, and in building their organizational capabilities. Dr. Magsaysay has a BSc. in Industrial Management Engineering from De La Salle University, a Master in Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management, and a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies, major in Organizational Development, from the Ateneo De Manila University.

ADAM SAMHOURI, PMP

Program Director, Project Management Professional® Review Program

Mr. Samhouri is the PMP Director of Operations New Ventures of Regis University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® with PMI. He attended Utah State University where he earned his MS in Instructional Technology in 1994. He has worked with several professional companies as a Lead Instructional Designer and/or as a Project Manager. He worked for the USAF, Ameritech Library Services, Arthur Andersen, MicroStrategy, Jones International Univeristy, University of Phoenix, and as an independent Education Consultant.

ANAMARIA “BIM” M. MERCADO, MBA

Program Director, Six Sigma Certification Programs

Ms. Mercado is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB), receiving her certification after a five-week training session in the U.S. and a two-year fulltime assignment as a Process Improvement Deployment Manager. Ms. Mercado holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and post-graduate units in Professional Education from the University of the Philippines. She also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

JONAS POLICARPIO MD, MBA

Program Director, Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine and Management

Dr. Policarpio is currently the Medical Director of Westmont Pharmaceuticals – Unilab Inc., and is a member of the Healthcare Council of Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) Research. Dr. Policarpio earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas, his Doctor of Medicine from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, and his Master Studies in Health Economics, Finance and Population Economics from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. He also obtained an MBA from the University of the Philippines-Cesar Virata School of Business, a Diplomate Specialty Program on Occupational & Industrial Medicine from the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine, and a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine and Management from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business-Center for Continuing Education.

JOHN PHILIP A. TE, CPA, FRM

Program Director for Risk Management Courses

Mr. Philip Te is the author of a two-volume book on Bank Risk Management published by Oxford University Press and Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers. He is currently a Director for Financial Markets for a global wholesale bank based I Singapore. He is the Program Director for the Quantitative Finance and Risk Management Series at the Ateneo Center for Continuing Education. He has lectured extensively on financial risk management, Basel III, derivatives, IAS 39/IFRS 9, option pricing, corporate treasury management and strategic issues in hedging. He is the author of Bank Risk Management Primer, published by the Bankers’ Association of the Philippines. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Energy Risk Professional (ERP) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

ANTONIO KENT M. VALDERRAMA, CPM, DSM

Program Director, Executive Development Program on Supply Chain Management

Mr. Valderrama has been practising logistics and supply management since 1984. He is the Vice Chairman of Bizolv Asia, Director and Senior Consultant of Global Procure-It, Managing Director of Microlite Corporation, and Executive Vice President of iSteel Corporation. He has a degree in Industrial Management Engineering, minor in Mechanical Engineering. He also completed the Management Development Program from the Asian Institute of Management. He is a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) from the Institute for Supply Management and a Diplomate in Supply Management from the PISM. He is the Philippine country representative to the Supply Chain Asia Organization based in Singapore. He is an Industrial Management Engineering, minor in Mechanical Engineering graduate of the De La Salle University. He took his Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
