I AM... The Queen-Boss of My House

The BOSS Letter

Gloria Miller Written by Marshia Salcedo

The days of the far-off future would toil onward, still with the same burden for her to take up and bear along with her.

There are always two facets regarding people’s favoritism toward life. Literary business and pleasure. This dashingly, handsome couple of thirty-eight years in life, laughter and love has kept hope alive for so many of us that, no longer believed. Our life is complicated. And pretending that it's not, just complicates it more. It drains you and keep you from non-complicated stuff.

What if the complications of your journey in life was something you accepted, embraced and moved on by making better decisions?

The situations are a cycle of people trash, dumped on the side of different crossroads of life. They've created or perpetuated walls or bars that hold children captive well into their adult years. The setting of these articles is meant to educate, engage and empower women take responsibility for themselves. They learn to grow; they take responsibility for how others see them. By their external composure and confidence, they clue the world in about what's inside.

MRS. GLORIA & HERSHEY MILLER, Jr.

38 Years and the 'Empower-Couple' Still Enjoying the Love, Life and Laughter!

The magazine and the podcast tell about a woman named Gloria Jean Wilburn who fought to keep her crown on, raise her family, while working and managing to survive matrimony “complications” – the sign of a queen.

This is Real Life. And real life is complicated. Because the truth is this: No complications mean no lessons, no loving with abandon, no real living out loud.

So why do we let emotions sap our energy, distract us from our goals, and complicate our lives? There are a lot of reasons...In fact, emotional decisions and gut reactions can be more than frustrating at work or home. They can cost money, waste time, and be downright dangerous. The following are some examples of those complications:

Reason # 1: Being Overworked and Underappreciated

Work can be seductive. Especially with jobs you love. Sometimes just the opposite is true. Work that's unpleasant can distract us and muddy our moods. A joyless job can make us feel disappointed and defeated. We blow, we burn, we crash.

Reason # 2: Trying to Handle a Load Of Empowerment

Thoughts generate emotions. Negative thoughts generate negative emotions, like worrying about something that's out of your control. None of those uplift, motivate, or encourage.

Reason #3: Letting Others Yank You Around and Pull You Down

I want you to know that I am not a self-help expert, a personal development person or a "guru" of any kind. I don't know any more (or less0 than you. And, at the end of the day self-help is trusting yourself, having faith and using your power, to take action.

But here is the thing: There was women who came before us, that made the sacrifice for us to tell our stories. To share in the victory of overcoming the complications and celebrating life!
