Our broad range covers all stages of a child's growth, from baby through to pre-teen. Our collections are packed with great fashion, durable everyday wear and all the other essentials - including infant basics, soft toys, baby footwear, school kits and accessories.

ABOUT US Smart Baby is a fashion experience for expectant and experienced mothers, where they can get all their kid's essentials under one roof. The first Smart Baby store was established in 2003 in Century Mall, Dubai and since then we have seen tremendous demand in this sector which has led to the expansion of our stores all over the UAE. Now we have a family of 40+ stores located in all the Seven Emirates of UAE, Oman, and Qatar with plans of further expansion still in progress. Our recent stores are located in popular areas across Dubai and Sharjah, catering to a large segment of the population, in malls like Deira City Centre, Burjuman, and Sahara Centre. We source our materials from various well-known brands all over the world.

Apart from this, we have an active online presence with regular posts on all our social media platforms where we consistently engage with our customers. In addition to all this, we are also developing our digital channels in an effort to provide a comprehensive shopping experience for all the customers, with the recent launch of the Smart Baby mobile app and Smart Baby website.

STORES Smart Baby stores are located in all seven Emirates of the UAE. The locations of these stores are carefully selected taking into account the customer segment we cater to. Our stores are designed in a way to make sure that customers can find all their kid's essentials without any hassle.

Our stores are mainly located in densely populated areas catering to the majority of the crowd.

MARKETING We use various marketing techniques for our brand, the most prominent one being internet marketing, under which we mainly use social media and mobile apps to convey the message to our customers. We also use offline marketing techniques like banners, posters, flyers, and providing coupons on purchases to in-store customers. We also market our brand through radio and participate in trade shows as well.

Over the years, we have received an enormous response on our clothing line, and have been able to create consistent and recurring customers.

Brands like Flower Girls, Le Crystal, Nexgen Juniors, Nexgen Girls, Genius and Zebra Crossing, along with our namesake brand have been widely accepted by our customers.

Keeping this in mind, Smart Baby has collaborated with international kids clothing and essentials brands like Little Kangaroo, Lily & Jack, Fisher Price, Chiquitos, Sweet Dreams, Enfant & Palm & Pond to provide the moms with a variety of options from some of the trusted brands around the world and give the kids a chance to adorn stylish clothing that they can flaunt.

CHARACTERS Every kid dreams of being a superhero or a princess and adorning their favorite outfit to look dashing and powerful. At Smart Baby, we believe in bringing your kid's imagination to life by providing them with the best Character cloth prints of their favorite superhero or cartoon character.

Keeping this in mind, we have collaborated with various known brands, like Disney, Marvel, Sanrio, DC Comics, Mattel, Pixar, and many more to provide every kid with the character of their choice. So whatever your kids' favorite movie is, we have got you covered.

OUR STORES ARE METICULOUSLY DESIGNED CATERING TO OUR CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND THEIR EASE OF USE Smart Baby stores are located in all the Seven Emirates of the UAE with locations ranging from city centers to the outskirt areas as well. Our stores can be found inside major malls of the UAE, having store layouts like individual concept stores, combined departmental stores, and inside Safeer hypermarkets.

We have adequate changing facilities available according to the store size, with separate changing rooms for boys and girls. Our stocks are displayed in a manner that customers can conveniently locate them without any hassle. In addition to this, all our staffs are welcoming and well trained in handling all customer queries and requirements.

LOGISTICS

Smart Baby has a state-of-the-art warehouse stretching over an area of 25,000 sq. ft. With a fleet of 25+ under our administration, we are fully equipped with handling bulk orders.

Every product goes through rigorous quality checks considering the safety of our customers. The product is classified into categories, sanitized, and then distributed to all Smart Baby stores at the right time and also stocked up quite immediately if required.

Excess stocks are usually stored in our warehouse under optimal conditions.

Our employees work tirelessly, sorting and packaging every product to fit into the industry standards. They also make an effort to fulfill every order and delivery on time, making sure that all the customers are able to find a product of their choice at all times, whether it is in-store or online.
