Total Consultation fee is worth 1,50,000/- (Rupees One lakh and Fifty thousand) This Turnkey project includes the following: a. Conceptual Design: i. Conceptual & Schematic Drawings, presentations, estimates, calculations, meetings & discussions. b. Detail Design: i. Landscape Detailing, Softscape - Plantation drawings, Soil, manure & sand Levels. ii. Irrigation Lines & Electrical points drawings. iii. Drawings of Sit-outs, Trellises, Sunken courtyard etc. c. Co-ordination of: i. Purchase and installation of Plants. ii. Monitoring of Hard scape work quality. iii. Signage, pergolas, lighting vendors, any other if any. Total Phase 1 Project time is before End of September or extended date issued by client, with 10 Site visits. Measured drawings for both soft and hardscape shall be issued up to one revisions only.
Client’ Scope: 5.
10. New Levels to be marked as suggested by iammies. 11. All Softscape and Hardscape Labour, Water, Electricity, Pesticides, Fungicides, and Landscape Machinery shall be provided. 12. A site engineer from client’s side is a must, for proper co-ordination and execution of the project. 13. Site Engineer shall co-ordinate between iammies and Client, in some cases Architect. 14. Any Civil, Lighting Engineer, Water Supply and Sanitation; MEP; Fees are Extra and borne by client. 15. The client shall abide by strict time limits and co-ordination as formulated by Landscape Architect. 16. Any issues/clarifications at any point shall be clearly discussed with the Principal Landscape Architect and shall not be taken for granted in any regard. 17. VAT, service tax, any other taxes are extra.

Finalize the Proposal projected by iammies, Deviation from the drawing might change quantities and estimates over time. One revision allowed. Issue a work order along with advance mentioned below along with this document signed to iammies. Surveyed CAD Drawing of the site, along with photos of the site. (A site visit may be necessary).
