In my latest blog post I wrote about a 52-week challenge that I embarked on in the last quarter of 2021; the "One New Experience Every Week" Challenge. The idea behind this challenge is to try one new thing every week for 52 weeks, make a note of what you tried and how you felt. At the end of it, you'd have had 52 new experiences.
To help my readers keep a track of their weekly experiences I decided to create a simple workbook that they can download and fill in each time they have a new experience.
