REGISTRATION TUTORIAL IAAPA SUMMIT 2024 + LATIN AMERICAN AMUSEMENT EXPO

IAAPA SUMMIT 2024 + LATIN AMERICAN AMUSEMENT EXPO IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR REGISTRATION To access IAAPA Member prices, it is very important that your company's roster is up to date and with the correct data, as the event prices are automatically given depending on the account information We recommend you keep an eye on your email (inbox and spam) for any communication about the IAAPA 2024 + Latin American Amusement Expo.

1. Go to the event website: https://www.iaapa.org/events/connections/2024-04/iaapa-summit-2024latin-american-amusement-expo 2. Click on the orange "Register Now" button.

3. The button will take you to the registration.

a. If you already have an active IAAPA Portal account, you will need to log in with your username and password.

b. If you do NOT have an active account, you can register in the IAAPA Portal, registering your data and creating a username and password in the "Not a member?" option or you can continue as a "Guest" in the option indicated.

Once you have logged in to your account, or continue as a Guest, the registration page will automatically display the prices (that apply to your account data**) and you can select the option that suits you best. Once you have selected the number of registrations you require, you must click on the "Register Now" button.

The system will launch this screen where you will be able to see the details of the event, as well as a multiple choice form that you will have to fill out in order to improve your experience, you will also have to accept the terms and conditions of the event.

a.

In case you have selected more than one (1) registration for the event, on the left side, in the description of the event, these extra persons will appear as "Guest" or "Guest".

b. If this guest has an IAAPA account, you will have to search for him/her in the "Attendee" space, just by typing the name under which he/she is registered. You will then be able to complete the registration with that person's data

6. Once the registration of you or your group is complete, click on "Continue".

The "Order Summary" page will open where you will be able to see the quantity and type of registrations you are purchasing, as well as the total amount due

8. Once you have checked that everything is correct, click on "Finalize purchase".

9. You will be taken to the payment page where you must add your credit card information. a.

In case you have a discount code, you must write it in the option "Discount Code" and then click on "Apply" and the promotion will be reflected directly in the total amount

10. Once you have completed the process, a screen will appear with the confirmation of your registration, which will be sent to your e-mail with the important information for the event.
