Day one of Targa Tasmania 2019 has provided a needed boost to the Tamar Valley in particular the George Town township. Hundreds of locals and visitors alike lined the streets of George Town to witness over 350 vehicles

participate in the 28th anniversary event. The event this year has provided much apprecited exposure for communities of the Tamar Valley including; George Town, Kayena and Holwell. Sentiment from local business was positive
