Many beer styles incorporate fruits such as citrus, berries, or tropical fruits to add sweetness, acidity, or fruity flavors.

Water Treatments

Some brewers adjust the mineral content of the water to mimic the characteristics of brewing water in specific regions or to achieve desired flavor profiles.
