Known as the `workhorse’ of the range due to its heavy duty construction and reliable trouble free operation. When fitted with the single man platform the 640i MAXI is very productive for installing purlins and erecting frames on industrial buildings. Where two people are required for heavier work the machine can be specified with a two man platform. With all the features found on the smaller models, the 640i MAXI will safely manoeuvre on rough unprepared ground without the need of outriggers for stability.

The 750i MAXI with Telescopic Boom gives the extra lift height while remaining compact in the overall chassis size. Hydrabrake
The 802i MAXI is a safe and reliable elevating work platform designed to access heights of up to ten metres. Fitted with optional Tandem Four Wheel Drive for added stability and traction, this model has a relatively light foot print and can be used on the upper levels of multi story buildings. With the same rigid chassis and drive components as the 640i MAXI, the 802i MAXI is ideal for construction of taller buildings or any other work at high elevation.

OPTIONAL CONTROLS
HAND CONTROLS - When hand controls are preferred to the standard Hydralada Three Pedal Control a simple Tiller Lever system located in the front of the operator’s platform is available. Two handle bars and two tiller levers (one for each drive wheel) makes this very safe and smooth to operate. Uses the foot deadman control option.
PROVIDES CLEAR PLATFORM. SIX PEDAL CONTROL
Six Pedal Control is available as an option to the standard Hydralada Three Pedal Control. This provides a clear platform area for the operator to stand. The four RH pedals control the drive, and the two LH pedals control lift/lower of the boom. Hand activated deadman control.
SLEWS PLATFORM LEFT/RIGHT.
The operator can slew the platform 45 degrees left or right of centre without moving the chassis of the machine on the ground. A lever located in the front of the platform activates a hydraulic ram that significantly increases the working envelope.
Two options, High & Low Speed and Dual Power. High & Low speed means the machine ground speed can be halved when working elevated. Dual Power gives 50 % increase in ground speed only with the boom lowered.

TILT TRAILER
TRAILER- The new Hydralada Trailer is an addition to our range of quality products. Well engineered, and relatively lightweight, this trailer is rated to 3.50 tonne gross. It includes over-ride hydraulic brakes, m x m hydraulic tilt deck, and triple axle with six low profile wheels. Well balanced, the trailer is designed to transport Hydralada Elevating Work Platforms.
FREE WHEELING HUBS
TOWING WITHOUT TRAILER.
Free Wheel Hubs allow the drive wheels to be disengaged and the machine can be towed on its own wheels at low speed (max. 30kph) behind a vehicle. In NZ, no registration is required to tow the machine on the highway. Includes heavy duty ball hitch drawbar.
ADDITIONAL TRACTION AND STABILITY
Heavy duty cast sprockets with steel reinforced rubber tracks and powerful hydraulic drives mounted on an osicillating beam increases the machines stability and traction for working on difficult terrain.
Increases the machines overall stability and improves traction on rough, uneven and sloping terrain. Includes four powerful hydraulic motors and the driving wheels are mounted on an oscillating beam for suspension and smoother ride.

POPULAR OPTIONS
TWO MAN PLATFORM - Two Man Platform is ideal for some applications in the construction industry. Includes a Tiller Lever Hand Control located at the rear of the platform and has a foor operated deadman switch to meet Industry Standards.
A flashing beacon mounted on the tail of the EWP ensures the machine is clearly visible when operating in populated areas, public arenas, or urban street enviroments.
Front and rear mounted tool boxes can be fitted to the operator platform to carry accessories. Construction of heavy duty steel with sturdy mounts, these allow the operatotr to have tools available.
A twin cylinder water cooled Kubota diesel engine is an option instead of the standard Kohler petrol engine. A quiet, fuel efficient, and high torque alternative.
