SOLAR BACKUP CHARGING

The aerodynamically designed shroud captures and focuses the total air volume. This design optimises blade performance, creating a focused, high-velocity jet of air capable of carrying mist for dust and odour control over vast distances.

An integrated solar panel provides continuous trickle charging to the battery. This ensures the unit is always ready for an automated start, even when left on standby for extended periods on a remote site.

FIVE BLADE IMPELLER FAN

The user-friendly digital control panel clearly displays all machine settings and live data, including start/ stop triggers, current operational status, fuel level, hour clock, battery voltage, rotation settings, RPM, and more, all designed for ultimate ease of use.

The unique five-bladed fan is manufactured from durable, glass-reinforced polyamide. Performance tested to world industry standards, its unique airfoil design saves power while efficiently moving a massive volume of air. Unlike other fans, the air thrusts directly away, unobstructed, to the target zone.

STRAIGHTENING VANES Conventional fans expel air in a spiral motion, which rapidly loses energy and range. The TITAN’s static exit vanes correct this motion, delivering a columned, direct airflow. This maintains thrust and ensures you achieve maximum effective range and impact on dust or odours.

DIRECT POWER TO FAN A reliable and efficient Kubota 65hp Diesel engine delivers power directly to the fan shaft. This smart design eliminates the power loss and maintenance complexities associated with the angle drive gearboxes and long drive shafts.

HYDRAULIC RETRACTABLE BOOM The ability to lower the entire boom to the ground provides safe and easy access for servicing, drastically reducing downtime. The fan can be transported with the boom retracted for a minimal footprint and only raised to its operational height when needed.

ADJUSTABLE ROTATION & OSCILLATION The tower can oscillate through any chosen angle or rotate a full 360 degrees to provide completely customised site coverage. The oscillation arc is simple to adjust, allowing operators to adapt to changing wind conditions or operational needs in moments.

AUTOSTART AND SHUTDOWN Auto-start functionality enables triggered start-up and shutdown based on sensor inputs. The system can be integrated with wind sensors to automate air-quality control, saving fuel and ensuring a response only when needed.

UNOBSTRUCTED AIRFLOW The fan projects its air stream away from the tower, ensuring there is no obstruction to interfere with the air's momentum or direction. This guarantees that maximum power is delivered directly to the target area for the most effective result.

ADJUSTABLE FAN HEAD The fan head angle is easily adjustable. This allows operators to aim the airflow precisely, compensating for terrain variations like slopes or benches in a quarry, or directing air over obstacles and into specific zones.
