Hydralada throttle cable replacement information

Hydralada thro le replacement.

At engine Note the posi on of the cable outer sheathing in rela on to the clamp.

Disconnect cable clamp from engine Remove ball end with quick disconnect

At Pla orm Open up power beyond cover from lower sec on of Pla orm.

Loosen lock nut from Clevis Remove lock washer pin from thro le handle Remove Grub screw from Tho le cable bush.

Move cable and bush down to gain access to second grub screw securing to cable.

Remove clevis and bush from cable.

Remove old cable and route in new cable.

Fit Cable ball quick disconnect at engine end. Fit cable clamp.

Route cable through cable bush at pla orm end, secure with grub screw.

Fit lock nut and clevis to cable Lock bush to pla orm structure.

Set clevis on cable to allow full travel of engine Idle to stop. Fit pin to thro le handle Thro le handle should contact stops at the pla orm at the same me as the engine stops. This protects the cable.

Check engine RPM at Idle. 1500 Check RPM at full RPM. 3600 Lock clevis lock nut and fit lock washer or split pit to thro le handle pin.
