HYDRALADA BOTTOM RAM COLLAR WELD PROCEDURE
1. Fit collars to the inside of chassis plate. Fit pivot pin to provide alignment.
2. Tack weld each collar to chassis in 3 places and remove pivot pin
3. Apply 5mm continuous weld around each collar.
4. Ream collars to size with adjustable reamer set to 30.05mm
5. Fit lift ram and pivot pin. Fit Bolt to Pivot pin ear and fit circlip. Grease.
