Manage your fear of heights through movement and breathing as you climb to the top of the wall.

In a softly lit room, illuminated by the northern -lights, our guests will relax on yoga mats. The experience starts with ambient music and a mindful message to help you settle in. We will then guide you through two rounds of intentional breath work, followed by the calming sounds of an ocean drum. The session ends with a guided meditation for deep relaxation.
During this 45-minute journey, you will learn different techniques to calm your mind and reset. By offering a variety of wellness practices, we aim to help each person find what works best for them on their path to well-being.
UP TO 40 PARTICIPANTS: $500
Event Planning Manager will connect group planner with Recreation and Activity Manager to assist with scheduling group activities. Advanced bookings of 30 days prior to event are recommended. Requests received within 30 days of event date will be subject to schedule and group size availability. Group agreement required and all activities are based on availability and may be limited based on number of attendees. Group activities of 50 attendees or more, the Event Planning Manager will refer to third-party. Cancellation fees will apply for all reserved activities, 50% of estimated cost if cancelled within seven days of activity date and 100% if canceled within 48 hours of activity date. All prices are subject to taxable 25% service charge.
