PHUKET

is the largest island in Thailand with an area of nearly 540 km², located in the Adaman Sea in southern Thailand. The island is mostly mountainous with a mountain range on the west side of the island from north to south. Phuket is bordered to the north by the Mergui Islands of Myanmar, to the west by the Andaman Islands of India.
