Our new look

IN THIS ISSUE

Jacqueline Negline-Smyth - Human Resources Manager Our logo was due for a refresh. The old multicoloured bubbled font has served us well over the decades. We thought it pertinent that with the acquisition, it was the right time for all three companies to have a new look together. Our objective was to create the HP as a modern alternative to the full spelling and a symbol that reflected our vision and the personality of our strategy.

While our colour choices may be of contention with some as to why are we not green and yellow - why do we have to be green and yellow? Simply, we like blue and yellow. Our new colour scheme stands out from the John Deere logo in the new relationship branding below.

Our Branches and region that Hutcheon and Pearce now covers is coverted by three river systems: the Lachlan to the north, Murrumbidgee through the centre and the Murray to the South. All rivers come to a point at the NSW and Victorian border. The rays of blue in the logo symbol reflect the river patterns of our region.

Welcome to HP

Coupled with the logo change, we refreshed our uniforms. Our new logo stands out on the navy jumpers, green polos and bright striped green and white shirts. Similarly, our Service teams are all highly visible in green and very fluro yellow workwear with the new logo.

Arron Hutcheon - Managing Director Welcome to our first edition of High Performance

class technology solutions for our world class Australian farmers.

It has been a very busy few months here at Hutcheon and Pearce. It started in June with an overdue and necessary restructure from a family trust, (which we have operated under for as long as I can find records for) into a company, in preparation for the acquisition of the John Deere dealerships in Griffith, Lake Cargelligo, Finley, Coleambally and Narrandera. We completed this acquisition on the 19th August.

With the addition of the new locations, we thought it was a good time to freshen up our company Logo and uniforms. You will see more of the new logo as we continue to update buildings, vehicles, signs and stationary over the next few months. You will learn the story behind the logo in this edition of High Performance written above.

These acquisitions will provide Hutcheon and Pearce with the scale and efficiencies to support our customers now and into the future, particularly in terms of providing world

New look & Welcome

Finally, I want to thank all our staff for their hard work through the acquisition, and thank all our new and existing customers for their ongoing support! I hope you all find value and enjoyment from this edition of High Performance.
