Section 1
Warranty Overview
Hustler Equipment is committed to providing straightforward, reliable warranty coverage that both dealers and end customers can trust. All machinery manufactured by Hustler in 2023 or later is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser, when purchased through an authorised Hustler dealership. Manufacturing defects include structural failures and defective fabrication.
In the unlikely event that a defect is identified, Hustler Equipment will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component.
To qualify for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:
• The machine must be registered online at www.hustlerequipment.com/warranty
• All warranty claims and servicing must be completed through an authorised Hustler dealership.

Puck board floors on wagons manufacturing defects
All machinery (2023 onwards) manufacturing defects, structural failures, and defective fabrication

1 Year Paint and finish manufacturing defects Wearing Parts Faulty workmanship or manufacturing defects only
2.1 10-Year Coverage
• Puck board floors on wagons are covered for 10 years against manufacturing defects.
• This does not include fading or UV deterioration.
2.2 2-Year Component Coverage
The following components are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the original retail purchase date:
• Hydraulic components, including hoses, valve blocks, motors, gearboxes, rams, and grease lines
• Chains and bars
• Electronic components, including load cells, Feedlink units, junction boxes, joysticks, spray controllers, lights, wiring looms, solenoids, GPS systems, flow meters, and sprayer valves
• Bearings, shafts, sprockets, and drive couplers
• Jack stands
• Axles and hubs
• Tines
• Plastic covers
• Cables and springs
2.3 — 1-Year Paint & Finish Coverage
• Paint and finish are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
• Normal wear and tear resulting from general use is excluded.
2.4 Wearing Parts
Wearing parts are covered against faulty workmanship or manufacturing defects only. Normal wear, consumption, or service-life expiry is not covered.
Examples of wearing parts include:
• Batteries
• Filters
• Tyres
• Towing eyes or pins
• Bushes
• Wear pads
• Brake pads
• Chain slides/guides
• Harrow ground engagement teeth
2.5 — General Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
• Ordinary wear and tear
• Neglect, misuse, or abuse
• Incorrect operation, maintenance, or storage
• Accidental or intentional damage
• Unauthorised modifications or alterations
• Damage resulting from continued operation after a defect becomes apparent
Section 3
Labour Coverage
• Labour time is calculated based on our approved Standard Repair Time (SRT) Guide. Any variance from this guide must be approved by Hustler Equipment.
• Travel time is not covered.
• Mileage, freight, and transport costs are excluded unless otherwise approved by Hustler Equipment.
Section 4
Consequential Loss
Hustler Equipment International is not liable for any consequential loss or business interruption resulting from machinery or component failure, including but not limited to:
• Personal liability
• Loss of contracts or agreements
• Loss of revenue or profit
• Production losses
• Increased business operating costs
