(also do this before initial operation)

• Check pump oil daily (look at pump manual for oil requirements.) • Keep grease on the main boom pivot points if fitted. • Run anti-freese through the pump when not in use, especially in frosty weather. • Check nozzles for signs of wear regularly, especially when using more corrosive chemicals as worn nozzles can casue inconsistent spray rates. • Keep all filter elements clean • Regularly grease telescopic PTO shaft universal joints.

Regular Servicing

50 hour service

• Check pump oil level • Grease PTO shaft and boom pivot points • Ensure no leaks around tank fittings and connections • Check all bolts are tight. • Check and clean suction filter and nozzle filters. 300 Hour Service

• Replace oil in pump • Check for any pressure variances during operation - Check diaphragms and replace if worn. • Ensure control valve pressurises and bypasses properly. Annual Service

• Check and replace diaphragms and valves if necessary. ( a pump repair kit can be purchased) • Change oil if not done for 300 hours. • Give whole sprayer a check over for loose bolts, connections etc.
