ّ ــم قســم الفنــون البصريــة المعــرض الثالــث ل ُنخبــة مــن فنانــات وفنانيــن قطــر ينظ ّ التشــكيليين باعتبــاره منهجــ ًا فــي أداء قســم الفنــون البصريــة ورؤيــة فــي طــرح الفــن كوجــود فاعــل فــي المجتمــع القطــري ،حيــث يُعــد هــذا العــرض بمثابــة امتــداد القطــري ٍ لمنهــج ورؤيــة القســم فــي تقديــم نمــاذج مــن تجاربــه النوعيــة المتميــزة ،وحيــث تتجــاور الخبــرات والــرؤى ال يجمعهــا ســوى التعبيــر عــن تواكــب المشــهد المحلــي للكثيــر مــن اإلحداثيــات المعاصــرة فــي الفــن المشــهد العالمــي. باألحــرى ســوف نشــهد بحث ـ ًا جــادا ً عــن الهويــة وعــن مســاحة االلتقــاء مــع المشــهد الفنــي خــارج حــدوده األقليميــة. ويسـ ّر قســم الفنــون البصريــة أن يكــون أحــد الروافــد التــي ترتقــي بذائقــة المواطــن القطــري وخبراتــه الجماليــة فــي مجتمــع القــرن الواحــد والعشــرون ،وأن يكــون الجســر الــذي يحمــل رؤى إدارة الثقافــة والفنــون ،ومــن قبــل ،رؤى وزارة الثقافــة والفنــون والتــراث فــي دولــة قطــر. ـدم الفــن ولعلنــا فــي هــذا العــرض ،نلتــف جميعنــا ،حــول رايــة واحــدة وهــدف نبيــل ،ال يفتــأ يقـ ّ كأحــد أدلــة تمســكنا بإنســانيتنا. هنادي الدرويش رئيس قسم الفنون البصرية
أحمد نوح Ahmed Noah
عمل بالتلفزيون القطري في قسم اجلرافيك فترة ،وتفرغ بعدها للفن. انتســب إلــى قســم الفنــون البصريــة علــى مــدار عامــن كاملــن أنتــج خاللهمــا أعمــاال ً فنيــة فــي قســم الرســم والتلويــن ،مثلمــا شــارك فــي ورش فنيــة متعــددة ومتنوعــة منهــا :ورشــة فــي املفاهيميــة مــع الفنــان األملانــي فولفجــاجن ،وورشــة فــي اخلامــات اخملتلفــة مــع الفنــان العراقــي نــدمي كوفــي ،والفنــان البحرينــي جمــال عبــد الرحيــم فــي فــن الطباعــة اليدويــة ،ثــم ورشــة فــي الفيديــو آرت مــع الفنــان املصــري إبراهيــم خطــاب ثــم ورشــة فــي الطباعــة علــى اخلشــب مــع الفنــان املصــري عبــد الوهــاب عبــد احملســن وورشــة فــي اخلــزف مــع الفنــان املصــري ضيــاء داوود. مييــل إلــى التجريــب فــي اخلامــة املتداولــة واملســتعملة مــن خــال أســلوب يرتكــز علــى التجريــد كأســاس لرؤيتــه الفنيــة.
Work in the graphic department Qatar TV for a period of time. And he particpated to the Visual Arts Section for two years produced through this time a number of art works in the Department of drawing and Painting, and participated in many and varied of art workshops, a workshop in the conceptual Arts with the German artist Wolfgang, and workshop in raw materials with the artist Nadim Kufi, the Bahraini artist Jamal Abdul Rahim in the art of printimaking, and a workshop of video art with Egyptian artist Ibrahim Khatab, and then printing on wood with Egyptian artist Abdel- Wahab Abdel-Mohsen, and workshop in Ceramics with Egyptian artist Diaa Dawod. Tends to experimentation in raw materials and circulates through the method depends on abstraction as the basis for his artistic vision .

خليفــة احمــد العبيدلــي ،فنــان فوتوغرافــي قطــري ،مواليــد ســنة ١٩٦٩يعيــش فــي الدوحــة ،بــداء مشــوارة مــع الكاميــرا فيطفولتــه عندمــا اهــداه والــده كاميــرا مبناســبة جناحــة فــي الصــف الســادس االبتدائــي ولكــن ضلــت موهبتــه بينــه وبــن نفســه حتــى دخولــه اجلامعــة وانظمامــة جلمعيــة التصويــر فــي ســنه ١٩٨٨حيــث تعــد االنطالقــة الفعليــه لــه عنــد لقائــة الفنانــن الفوتوغرافيــن فــي جمعيــة التصويــر ومصــور جامعــة قطــر الــذي صقــل موهبــه العبيدلــي فــي التعامــل مــع الفلــم واالحمــاض . ينتهــج العبيدلــي اســلوبه اخلــاص الــذي طــورة خــال العشــرون ســنه املاضيــة مــن خــال االطــاع والبحــث ولقــاء الفنانــن احملليــن والعاملــن وذلــك مــن خــال عملــه فــي مجــال الثقافــة واملتاحــف او مــن خــال صداقاتــه التــي بناها باســلوبه الشــخصي املميــز ،يســتمد خليفــة العبيدلــي الهامــة مــن بيئتــه واحمليــط الــذي حولــه حيــث انــه ياخــذ وقتــا كافيــا فــي دراســة املوضــوع قبــل ان يشــرع بــه ومــن املواضيــع التــي القــت صــدى كبيــر فــي االوســاط احملليــة والعامليــة مشــروع خــط املــاء وهــو يعــرض املراكــب التقليديــة بصــورة جتريديــة ومشــروع لغــة الصحــراء والتــي يصــور بهــا الكثبــان الرمليــه باشــكال انســانيه ومشــروع موســوم الــذي يتطــرق الــى العمالــه احملليــه ودورهــا فــي البنــاء . يهــوى العبيدلــي الســفر واالطــاع علــى جتــارب االخريــن االمــر الــذي شــكل لــه قاعــدة كبيــرة مــن املعــارف والتواصــل ســواء علــى مســتوى االفــراد او شــركات التصويــر الفوتوغرافيــة االمــر الــذي اثــر كثيــرا علــى شــخصيته واعمالــه الفنيــه ،كمــا انــه ســاهم فــي تآســيس بعــض املراكــز الثقافيــة واملتاحــف واملســابقات الدوليــه ،وقــد فــاز العبيدلــي فــي العديــد مــن املســابقات احملليــه والدوليــه وشــارك فــي العديــد مــن املعــارض الفنيــة فــي العديــد مــن الــدول العربيــة واالوروبيــة وامريــكا وقــد نشــر العديــد مــن اعمالــه فــي اجملــات والكتالوجــات ومت اقتنائهــا مــن العديــد الهيئــات والشــركات واالفــراد .
Khalifa Ahmad Al Obaidly, Qatari fine art photographer, Born in Doha 1969, from the childhood he start he’s gurney with the photography when he’s father present him a camera when he pass the sixth grade at school , but he’s talent was with him till he start studying at Qatar University and joined Qatar Photographic Society in the same year of 1988 which was the real start when he met the photographers at QPS and the photographer of QU when he developed he’s skills specially at the darkroom. Al Obaidly has he’s style which he have developed last twenty years by searching,reading and meeting the local and the international artiest , that opportunity have got it through he’s career with museum and culture and through he’s contacts and personality to make friendship. Khalifa Al Obaidly get he’s inspiration from the habitat and the elements around him as he take he’s time to study the subject before start doing the artworks, such as the project of Water Level which is focusing on the traditional Dhows in very abstract and artistic style,also Desert Language project which showing the beauty of the sand dunes as human figure and last project was TAGGED which is highlighting the labor and there role in constructions. Al Obaidly like travailing and communicate other experiences, that created big resource of communication of people and companies in the photography and at deferent levels , which affected so much on he’s personality and artworks in a good way. He have create and support to established some museums , organization and photo competition as he win alot of the awards in art and photography and he’s works are collected by museum,companies, gallerias and personal art collectors .

The Department of Visual Arts is organizing its third exhibition for select male and female fine artists in Qatar as an approach that reflects the Department of Visual Arts’ performance and vision to present Qatari art in its active presence in Qatari society. This exhibit is an extension of the Department’s approach and vision in providing examples of its unique and outstanding experiences. It is an exhibit where experiences lie side by side and the visions are brought together by an expression of the concurrence of the local scene with contemporary developments in the world art scene. Indeed, we will witness a serious search for identity and space to meet with the art scene beyond its regional borders. The Department of Visual Arts is pleased to be one of the agents that elevate the artistic appreciation and aesthetic experiences of Qatari citizens in the twenty-first century society, and to be the bridge that carries the visions of the Department of Culture and the Arts, and those of the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage in Qatar. We hope that through this exhibit, we all come together under one banner and a noble goal, that continue to present art as evidence of our attachment to our humanity. Hanadi Al-Darwish
