But scheduling and keeping track of service times can be time consuming and often results in unwanted costs as well as unplanned downtime. So why not leave your service planning to Husqvarna? This will safeguard your operation and your machine availability, leaving you free to focus on your core business – getting the work done right.
Husqvarna UpCare is a service contract that will help keep your business on track. All maintenance will proactively be scheduled to fit both your operation and your machine's need for service thus minimizing downtime. We monitor your equipment using innovative technology. This enables us to optimally schedule maintenance for each machine, which eliminates the risk of unnecessary service and allows for perfect project planning, ordering of spare parts and cost minimization.
Of course, the Upcare service contract also covers unexpected failures. Should an UpCare covered machine break down in the middle of a job, we’ll repair it free of charge – including replacement parts and labor. Your machine will receive fast track assessment service and return thus minimizing downtime. UpCare is a fixed-price service agreement that will give you security and peace of mind, allowing you to achieve better long-term work planning with less administration.
THIS IS HOW IT WORKS When you request a quote for new equipment, you also receive a contract proposal for an UpCare service contract. The Upcare contract only covers brand-new Husqvarna equipment.

The UpCare contract is registered with the equipment. You will be charged a regular fee that covers all measures in the contract for the entire duration.

Your Husqvarna machine is fitted with a Husqvarna Fleet Services™ sensor. This sensor enables us to monitor your machine’s performance versus the recommended service intervals.
3.
If your equipment experiences acute operational problems, just contact the nearest Husqvarna Service Center. Your UpCare covered machine will receive fast track assessment service and return.
4.
Husqvarna will keep track of your machine’s planned service needs, notify you when the machine is due for service and schedule a time slot at your nearest Husqvarna Service Center.

With Husqvarna Fleet Services™ you can easily create inventory lists and keep track of your machines’ status, location and service needs. The sensor that is installed on your UpCare covered machine collects and transmits runtime data via a
gateway unit. This data is employed by Husqvarna to proactively schedule your machine’s need for service and maintenance. By subscribing to Husqvarna Fleet Services™, this data is made accessible to you via an app or desktop interface. This provides you with a comprehensive overview of your machine inventory, machine status, location and runtime data.

You can also check the workday log to get a detailed view of how many hours they have been used each day.
INVENTORY CONTROL NO MORE PAPERWORK All of your equipment, one screen. With Husqvarna Fleet Services™ you can easily create and check your inventory list, so you know exactly how many machines you have and what kind. Give them unique names, to easily tell one from the other.
SERVICE OVERVIEW SERVICE HISTORY AND NOTIFICATIONS With Husqvarna Fleet Services™, you can record the service history for each piece of equipment, making it much easier to keep track of its status and troubleshoot it if necessary. You can also get service reminders based on actual engine hours, to make sure you always keep the machine in top shape.
MACHINE LOCATION FIND THEM ALL ON THE MAP Always keep track of where you last had your equipment. As soon as a machine with a sensor is within Bluetooth range from a smartphone running the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ app, its location is registered. So whenever you’re looking for a machine, you just check the map to find out if it’s in storage, away for service or out working.
