HUSQVARNA PRE-CUTTING SOLUTIONS PROVIDES FAST AND EFFICIENT DEEP CUTS
To improve your work efficiency and keep your cost per cut as low as possible, Husqvarna recommends the pre-cutting method when doing deep cuts with chain cutting equipment. Pre-cutting means sawing the cut as deep as possible with a ring power cutter, before finishing the cut with the concrete chainsaw. Husqvarna pre-cut blades have a slightly thicker dimension to produce enough side clearance for the diamond chain. CHAIN AND GUIDE BAR COMPATIBILITY WITH REPLACED VERSIONS Due to our shift of product concept, the new diamond chains and guide bars are not directly interchangeable with the replaced versions of Husqvarna chains and bars. If your concrete chainsaw is equipped with an earlier version of chain and bar, you need to order both guide bar and chain the first time you switch to the new range. Depending on the chainsaw model and age, you may also need to order a Clutch Drum Conversion Kit (588 67 97-01) to be able to assemble the new range of guide bar and chains, This applies to the following saws; K 950 Chain, K 960 Chain, K 970 Chain and K 970II Chain with serial number 201601000001 or before.
