AN ICONIC ADDRESS. AN INDIVIDUAL CHOICE. 07 / BUYING & INVESTMENT PERSPECTIVE
WHAT SUPPORTS THE LOCATION Established homes, destination hotels and a recognisable coastal setting support the Palm's appeal to residents and second-home buyers. Proximity to Dubai Marina and Media City broadens its draw. New luxury schemes, including Como Residences, add choice and competition. Future price growth is not assured.
WHAT TO COMPARE BEFORE BUYING Buildings, fronds, views and condition differ. Service charges, DEWA bills and cooling costs vary by building and community; we can share current details for any home you shortlist. Reserve funds and beach rights differ. Renovated villas need approved plans and a condition survey. Off-plan handover timings vary; projected returns are not guaranteed.
