ESTABLISHED ROOTS. LONG-TERM APPEAL. 07 / BUYING & INVESTMENT PERSPECTIVE
WHAT SUPPORTS THE COMMUNITY Mature landscaping, schools and golf underpin the appeal to households seeking an established villa setting. The original Ranches is mainly a ready-home market. Ranches 2 and 3 provide separate alternatives with different homes and locations. Resale supply and upgrades vary; future gains are not assured.
WHAT TO COMPARE BEFORE BUYING Approved extensions, AC condition and roof drainage vary between homes. Service charges, DEWA bills and cooling costs vary by building and community; we can share current details for any home you shortlist. Garden and pool upkeep add to running costs. Parking, renovation approvals and community permits are managed by ECM.
