Welcome Nathan to the BNH team

Lockdown aside, if you have phoned or visited BNH recently you may have noticed some extra youthful vitality around the place!

Nathan Murray is a Westlake Boys year 13 student who joined our team in February as part of the school’s Gateway programme. Gateway is a subject choice for year 13s (and, in special circumstances, year 12s may also be considered) to introduce students to the world of business with real placements.

While working alongside Peter Green, BNH’s marketing and events manager, Nathan has contributed a young person’s perspective and enthusiasm. He has competently completed the tasks assigned to him, learning the ins and outs of local business, and having to quickly adapt to the evolving COVID-19 situation.

“Nathan has been a pleasure to have in our office and it has been fantastic to involve him in some event planning meetings, copywriting, proofreading and general marketing tasks,” says Peter. “Having an extra set of hands in the office has definitely been appreciated by the entire team and we will continue to get Nathan more involved as his understanding of our business grows.”

Now that we are at Alert Level 2, we are delighted to have Nathan back with the team for one day a week.
