1. EXTRACTION

Raw Shilajit is found in the rock form in the high altitudes of Himalayan mountains (Pakistan). These rock-like raw Shilajit material is digged and extracted manually by our workers using hand-held digging equipment inculding Pick-axe, Mattock, Spade, Shovel, etc.

2. DISSLOUTION

The raw material is shifted to dissolution containers. These are food- grade containers containing water solvent. The Shilajit combines with the water solvent separating apart from extra waste material. We call this solution as Semi-Pure Shilajit. 95% of waste material settles down at the bottom of containers in this step.

3. SIFTING

Semi-Pure Shilajit obtained in step 02 is moved to the Filtration Unit. The Filtration unit is a combination of multiple filters used to remove the remaining impurities from the SemiPure Shilajit. Shilajit obtained during this step is 100% pure Shilajit, called as ShilajitSolution.

4. VAPORIZATION

Shilajit-Solution in step 03 is moved to sun-drying unit. Sun-drying unit is a setup of food grade (SS) trays that take sun-light to evaporate the extra water from Shilajit-Solution. Shilajit is kept in sun-drying unit for 7-15 days, depending on level of water and desired level of vaporization from the Shilajit-Solution.

5. FILLING

When Shilajit reaches to desired level of vaporization, it is moved to Filling unit. Filling unit contains SS Filling machines. Our trained staff handles the filling process of Shilajit in glass bottles using the SS Filling machines.

6. PACKING

The filled bottles in step 05 are shifted to Packing department where our trained staff manually applies bottles labels, boxes, envelopes, etc to covert the filled Shilajit bottles into Finished Goods (FG).

7. STORAGE

The FG obtained in step 06 are stored in storage compartments. FG are stored in dry compartments maintained at room temperature.

8. DISPATCH

The FG from storage unit is dispatched to different countries according to the demand.
