Conditions

Bookings are made with Huntersinc.com LLC per the following:

• A safari is confirmed with a 60% deposit on the total daily rate

• The balance of 40% is due ninety (90) days prior to the safari

• Trophy fees may be prepaid in full, or are payable at the conclusion of the safari prior to the client leaving camp, with primary species trophy fees due thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the safari

• Govt. license fees (as part of the total trophy fees) are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations prior to six months (180 days) from the start of the safari are 90% refundable with a 10% handling fee being retained

• Cancellations within six months (180 days) from the start of the safari are non-refundable

• Alternatively, a hunt may be postponed and re-booked for a later date in the same year or the next, subject to availability and potential price increases
