Every answer matters Census night is Tuesday 11 August. The Census is the largest collection of data undertaken by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS). Emily Walter, national Census spokesperson, said “With less than a fortnight until the 2026 Census, it’s a good time to remind people why every answer matters. “The Census provides some of the country’s most valuable statistics.
