The State has failed, whether its operators respond to a democratic, dictatorial, or theocratic constitution. Its failure consists in that it has not established itself as the independent guarantor of humanity’s rights to freedom, equality, justice, wellbeing, peace, progress, and a healthy planet without conditions.
The statesmen who entrust God with the success of their mission as the assailants of the Constitution and the Treasury are the plutocracy’s CEOs that use the State power to maintain it as the dominant class that steals the largest part of society’s wealth. They keep plunging it into the hurricane of obscurantism, religionism, patriotism, hate, war, misery, and planetary crisis. Their conduct reflects their regression to animality. Being human requires that one feeds oneself with altruism and plants its seed in society’s mind. This is not the reason for a State born of war.
