Big shout out to Alejandro and Rosa who were compassionate and gave excellent customer service to a foster parent! Great job team !!! Alejandro kept checking in on her and Rosa listened and asked questions to get all of the information. I know when we are slammed every day it is hard to slow down and do what was needed. Kudos to you both for doing that.
