My name is Carlos López, I was born and live in Barcelona. I am passionate about architectural photography and landscapes both day and night, which fit perfectly with my other two hobbies, motorcycling and traveling with the motorhome.

My interest in photography began back in 2012 when I acquired a Reflex camera that allowed me to capture the details or moments of life I was trying to capture during my time of Street Photo.

Later (2015) I delved into landscapes beginning to plan the photographic outings, looking for those moments of light in the sunrises and sunsets, where the tripod and the long exposures along with the many kilometres to take a photo, were part of my weekend activities.

In 2020 with the arrival of the Covid pandemic and mobility restrictions, I started a new photographic phase focusing mainly on my city (Barcelona), on interior architecture and countertops, that view of looking up where the extreme angle lenses allow to capture images that sometimes we ignore.

I use post production in order to ensure that my processes are not excessive and that they try to highlight what I observe at that moment.

Currently I use a Mirrorless camera and for the type of photography I usually take an ultra wide-angle lenses.
