FRIENDS OF THE EL SOBRANTE LIBRARY

10am to noon Members. Noon to 2pm nonmembers. Membership $5 available at door. Hundreds of Cookbooks, Mysteries, Gardening, Pets, Travel, Health, and Beauty. Art and Music, Crafts, Novels, Classics and Children through Young Adults. Most items are $1 to $2 while children's books start at 10 cents. Come and get your summer reads. Located at the back of the El Sobrante Library parking lot. 4191 Appian Way.

JULY 3 & 4 - 2023 CITY OF EL CERRITO & WORLDONE 4TH OF JULY FESTIVAL

July 3, 5pm-7pm. July 4, 11am-5pm. The Recreation Department hosted the first co-sponsored 4th of July Festival with worldOne in 1998. Since then, the festival has grown into a world-class hometown institution featuring high quality musical performances, family entertainment such as rides and bounce houses, non-profits and civic organization booths, vendors, and food booths and trucks offering a wide variety of cuisines.
