February is the month many celebrate Valentine's Day, a holiday we often regard as being reserved for those in romantic relationships. It can be an incredibly sweet celebration for some, and a dreaded time of year for others. Regardless of your relationship status, don’t overlook the importance of self-love. After all, the relationship you have with yourself is the most important one you’ll ever have and nurturing your well being on a physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual level is always a win. Consider leveraging this Valentine’s Day as an opportunity to uplevel your self-love practice. Start with these three questions: • How do I currently practice self-love? • Which of my behaviors and beliefs get in the way of me experiencing self-love? • What small ways can I start or enhance my self-love practice?

INGREDIENTS • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese • 2 ounces blue cheese or feta cheese • 8 ounces softened cream cheese • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise • 2 tablespoons softened unsalted butter or margarine • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or onion powder • finely chopped pecans, optional
FAMOUS CHEESE BALL
PREPARATION 1. Grate cheddar cheese and allow it to sit at room temp for one hour (cover it so it doesn’t dry out). 2. In a medium mixing bowl, place the following ingredients. Mix until smooth and well blended. (2 ounces blue cheese or feta cheese,8 ounces softened cream cheese,2 tablespoons mayonnaise,2 tablespoons softened unsalted butter or margarine,1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce,1/4 teaspoon salt,1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or onion powder,8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese) 3. Place onto plastic wrap that has been sprinkled with chopped nuts. Shape into a ball and press nuts in to cover, if desired. Wrap in plastic wrap and form into a ball. 4. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
