You have been selected for the College of Credit! Your Division Leadership and HTLF have selected you to become part of the first cohort of the College of Credit. You, and nine of your colleagues from across the organization, will join together for an intense 4-month program intertwining sessions from HTLF thought leaders and the RMA.

Your Time Commitment The College of Credit runs from March—June of 2024 There will be: • 70 Hours of classroom instruction (RMA) • Approximately 30 hours of outside work (RMA) • Approximately 8 hours HTLF course content
Your Investment This is an opportunity to invest in yourself and drive your career forward! What we need from you: • Engagement and active participation in all learning activities. • Attend all classes and complete all assignments, including small
group and independent assignments.
• Basic competency in accounting, financial statements, and the
principles that govern their construction.
• Accounting and Ratio Analysis – assigned as required pre-work (seat
time is approximately 3.5 – 5 hours).
• Access Zoom as the CLS learning platform.
