Join the Family Caregiver Support Program for a free viewing of the film “Still Mine”. Still Mine is a 2013 romantic drama based on a true story. Craig Morrison, a farmer in rural New Brunswick battles a government bureaucrat for the right to build a new house for his ailing wife when their existing home no longer suits her health needs. He proves how far a caregiver can go in caring for a loved one and that love is the ultimate triumph.

From delicious meals shared with friends to enjoyable activities, health-related exercise classes, and memorable special events, the Center continues to be a hub of laughter, learning, and community spirit.

Looking for some fun in October? Come and visit the Candle Lighters Ghost House! The Candle Lighters is a non-profit organization of nearly 100 volunteers dedicated to raising funds for non-profit groups and communitybased projects in the Tri-City Community. (Fremont, Newark, and Union City). Candle Lighters raise donatable dollars solely through their annual Ghost House. Open during the last two weeks of October and based in a historical 19th-century Carriage House, the Ghost House is an evolving family-oriented event. Using a different theme each year, Candle Lighter members, families, sponsors, and friends transform the site into an arena of goblins, ghosts, witches & warlocks, providing fun for the community.
