CELEBRATE AND SUPPORT

11TH ANNUAL FREMONT SENIOR CENTER CRAB FEED THE FREMONT SENIOR CENTER INVITES YOU TO THE 11TH ANNUAL CRAB FEED – its major fundraiser each year. Funds raised from this event go to support the Fremont Senior Center’s Lake Side Café, where delicious affordable meals are cooked by culinary trained Chef Jeff at the center.

Enjoy a fabulous dinner on Friday, February 16th and support the Fremont Senior Center while you’re at it!

Aside from selling tickets, the Center is looking for generous, caring sponsors willing to make donations ranging from $150 to $5000. Front Desk Volunteers Needed If you have a friendly and helpful attitude this is the volunteer opportunity for you! Duties include clerical work, cash and credit card transactions and answering phones.

The shifts we are in need of are: Monday’s 9am–1pm, Wednesday’s 8am–12pm or Friday’s 12–3pm. If so, come help with a variety of tasks, including: setting up tables, processing donated goods, delivering breakfasts, cleaning the dining room, moving tables and chairs, decorating the dining room, keeping the coffee brewing, and other various jobs. We are looking for kind, patient, focused volunteers who love to talk to others. The start time is as early 6.30am and ends usually by 9.30am–10am.

Kitchen Volunteers Needed for Lunch Love customer service and making connections with adults 55+? If so, come help with delivering lunch to disabled seniors, communicating to our 55+ customers, decorating the dining room, cleaning dining room, assisting our disabled seniors to their vehicle/ride/bus stop, and other various jobs.
