CARING FOR OUR COMMUNITY

AFFORDABLE HOUSING The City of Fremont cares about its community and continuously strives to enhance the quality of life of its residents by increasing, improving, and preserving affordable housing in Fremont. Recently, the Human Services Department partnered with Eden Housing to provide service coordination at Pauline Weaver Apartments, a new affordable housing site in Warm Springs. Pauline Weaver is one of four service-enriched housing communities where city staff, Monica Gloria helps residents connect to supportive services. Monica also coordinates on-site opportunities for learning, engagement, health and wellness programs.
