• Service air conditioning units at least twice per year by following the Scheduled Maintenance Procedures.

• During filter changes, check that the AC condensate line is clear and flowing, hot water heater is not leaking, and washer drain line is secure.

Personal Protection Equipment should be used when removing or cleaning Suspect Growth materials.

• Gloves • Eye Protection • N 95/ KN95 Masks • Protective Clothing (long sleeve shirt/pants, disposable overalls, etc.)

All moisture related or suspect growth complaints should now be addressed and communicated using the Moisture and Response Checklists found in the SAM manual. This resource will assist you step by step in identifying, documenting, and remediating any complaints.
