Put time aside before bed to get yourself in to sleep mode. Even ten minutes down time can make a big difference Cut out stimulants such as caffeine and alcohol a few hours before you want to nod off Unplug your tech. The blue light computers and phones emit confuses the body and switches it in to wake up mode. Set yourself a 9pm curfew

What makes us different?

Based in the English countryside, we are driven by a passion to help you have a beautiful night’s sleep.

Founded by Jo Foster, and born from the need to get her own sleep back on track and counter the effects of a life full of deadlines and jet lag inducing travel In April 2019 we opened our first Beauty Sleep Boutique in our home town of Richmond, Yorkshire Why not come pay us a visit?
