THE CAA BRINGS A SUMMER OF CULTURE AND FUN The Highlands Ranch Cultural Affairs Association (CAA), (one of three 501(c) 3 nonprofits managed by the HRCA), is pleased to bring a summer of educational, artistic, musical, and dance events to the Highlands Ranch community.

OPENING SCHEDULE FOR HRCA OUTDOOR POOL HOURS The HRCA outdoor pools will open May 26 - 29, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Memorial Day pools will close at 5:00 p.m. Regular summer hours begin Tuesday, May 30. Visit HRCAonline.org/Pools for more details.

The free Culture on the Green series, brings three cultural performances from May, June, and July to experience music and dance to delight all ages. The series kicks off with an evening of ballet on Friday, May 26 with the International Youth Ballet. The Summer Concert Series, held at Highland Heritage Regional Park, features a variety of local bands on Thursday evenings in June and July. See the enclosed cling for a complete list of dates and bands. We look forward to seeing you there. On Saturday, June 10 we will celebrate our 23rd year of our annual Classic Car Show. Bringing out hundreds of great classic, new and one-of-a-kind cars, food, entertainment and more. Bring the whole family to enjoy this fantastic event. Starting in late May, new outdoor sculptures will be placed around the Ranch as part of our Art Encounters program. Art Encounters, a year-long outdoor sculpture exhibit is designed to promote public interest in art and develop community pride. To see our new sculptures and for more information about the program visit HRCAonline.org/ArtEncounters. We are pleased to present a new partnership with the Lone Tree Symphony. We have created a four part Summer Symphony Series to bring a classic Symphony to the Ranch. The series kicks off on Wednesday, May 17 with "Funny Bones No strings attached quartet. Each year, CAA produces over fourty events annually through funding from community partners, individual donors, ticket sales, and a generous grant provided by the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD). HRCA ELECTION OF BOARD MEMBERS At the March 21 Annual Meeting of Delegates, the HRCA Delegates elected Jim Allen and Kurt Huffman to serve a two-year term. We would like to congratulate them on their successful election. Both Directors will join our other three Directors, Monica Wasden, Melissa Park, and Dan DeBacco, for two-year terms, expiring in March 2025. BEER FESTIVAL Colorado is called the “Napa Valley of Craft Beer”, and is home to over 150 local breweries and brewpubs. In celebration of our beer culture, the HRCA brings us the Highlands Ranch Beer Festival. Come enjoy live music, beer from local and national breweries. Proceeds benefit the Highlands Ranch Community Scholarship Fund. • Saturday, June 3, • 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. • Tickets go on sale Monday, May 1
