Enhancing property values and creating quality of life through recreation, community events and leadership
It’s All Right Here! Building a Lifestyle That You Want to Live
Let’s Get Going! Welcome to the Highlands Ranch Community Association’s (HRCA) Summer Camp program. We offer three quality programs for children ages 5-13 years old at the Recreation Centers at Eastridge, Westridge, and Southridge. This brochure is designed to help guide you through a summer of fun! This year we have designed many new programs and procedures to improve the summer camp experience. At the HRCA, we offer a wide variety of activities to suit and stimulate every child. Our summer camps are aimed to ensure creative programming, which includes sporting events, new and exciting field trips, and many more age-appropriate and leaderinitiated, monitored activities. The 2012 programs are designed to meet the interest of your child. The Westridge program will continue to operate as a drop-in camp for children ages 5-12. The Eastridge Discovery program is for children age 5-8 and is a full-week program with a drop-in option. The camp boasts one on-site and one off-site field trip each week with fun, engaging, ageappropriate activities. Southridge will stage our Adventure Camp for 9-13 year olds. This group will participate in fun, themed activities and a field trip three days per week. The most important factor in each of these programs is your child’s safety. Our leaders are qualified child care professionals, certified in both First Aid and CPR, and are committed to providing a first-rate program. At scheduled times through out the year, we provide ongoing training for our staff in the areas of child development, conflict resolution, safety procedures, loss prevention, and customer service. Our door is always open. If you have a suggestion, concern, idea, or problem, please feel free to stop by or call anytime at 303-471-8880. We have great things planned for your child at our Summer Day Camps, including exciting things to learn and wonderful friends to meet. Welcome again to the HRCA Summer Camp programs! Sincerely, Meredith Parker Youth, Adult, and Education Supervisor Highlands Ranch Community Association 303-471-8880 Meredith.Parker@hrcaonline.org
