1. What challenges have you encountered in your journey, and how have they influenced your sense of purpose or contributed to your personal and professional growth?

I grew up in a close-knit community imbibing the values of humility, hard work, and determination from my parents and surroundings I started work at a very young age which was 14 where I help my mom in tuitions. From that day I understood the importance of hard work and how it really pays off I always liked helping people and seeing smile on their face was my ultimate prize That trait of mine has helped me make more friends even though I am an introvert and shy person. Adaptability is also one trait that I have got from my parents and loved ones that has helped me to become a person I am today In a rapidly changing world, the ability to adapt to new situations, technologies, and environments is essential. Being flexible and openminded allows me to thrive in diverse circumstances

2.What traditions or values do you cherish most within your family, and how have they shaped your identity and relationships?

Family Unity: We as a family place a strong emphasis on unity and togetherness. Spending quality time with each other, sharing meals, and participating in family rituals or celebrations help strengthen bonds and foster a sense of belonging between us.

Respect: Respect for elders, parents, and other family members has been instilled in to me from a very young age This value emphasizes treating others with courtesy, listening attentively, and valuing their opinions and perspectives.

Generosity: We also prioritize generosity and giving back to others in need Whether through charitable donations, volunteering, or acts of kindness within their community, instilling a spirit of generosity helps cultivate empathy and compassion.

3. Can you describe a role model or someone who has influenced you profoundly in your personal life, and how have they shaped your perspective or decisions?

My admiration for my mother knows no bounds Witnessing her journey from humble beginnings to her current position has been truly inspiring. While many in today's fast-paced world seek instant success, my mother has taught me the invaluable lesson that true success is a gradual process Through her example, I've come to understand that the journey towards success is as significant as the achievement itself.

My mother embodies the essence of perseverance and resilience Her relentless dedication and unwavering determination serve as a constant reminder that success is earned through sheer hard work and commitment. I've learned that the satisfaction derived from achieving one's goals gradually is incomparable, as it instils a deep sense of appreciation for the journey and the sacrifices made along the way.

In her, I see the embodiment of patience, tenacity, and the willingness to overcome obstacles with grace She has not only carved her path but has also left behind a legacy of resilience and determination for me to emulate. I am a senior manager at CIGNEX Techologies Private Limited. I started my career at CIGNEX and take care of HR operations

2.What led you to work for HRAI and how do you contribute to the team's efforts within the organization?

The inception of this journey predates the onset of COVID-19, yet its fruition unfolded during this challenging period under the guidance of our visionary leader, Dr Ankita Singh Driven by a vision to empower the HR fraternity with unparalleled knowledge and insights from seasoned experts, we embarked on a mission to elevate the standard of HR practices.

My commitment to the vision and mission of HRAI has been unwavering I began by contributing in modest ways, such as supporting online webinars organized by HRAI. Over time, I took on greater responsibilities, stepping into the role of webinar host and collaborating with the team on diverse initiatives, including awards ceremonies, recognition programs, and engaging weekly activities aimed at fostering camaraderie among HRAI members.

3. Have there been mentors or collaborators whose guidance has significantly impacted your journey in your professional career?

One of the key pillars of success in life is having mentors who provide unwavering support and encouragement. Throughout my professional journey spanning a decade, I've been fortunate to have mentors who have played pivotal roles in my growth and development Despite their diverse leadership styles, they all shared a common trait: a steadfast commitment to supporting my decisions and empowering me to reach my full potential. Their mentorship has been invaluable, offering me guidance, wisdom, and the freedom to explore and innovate Their unwavering belief in my abilities has fuelled my confidence and propelled me forward, enabling me to navigate the complexities of the corporate world with resilience and adaptability. With each mentor, I've gained unique insights and perspectives, enriching my understanding of the

1. How do you cultivate a sense of purpose and meaning in your everyday activities and interactions?

Cultivating a sense of purpose and meaning in everyday activities and interactions involves intentional reflection, alignment with personal values, and a focus on contributing to something larger than oneself I reflect on my core values and principles and identify what matters most to me in life and how I want to make a difference in the world. Aligning our actions with our values can bring a sense of purpose and fulfillment to our daily life

Finding purpose in even the most routine tasks can significantly enhance motivation and productivity. Personally, I've discovered that linking my work to a broader purpose, especially one that positively impacts others' well-being, fuels my drive to deliver my best performance consistently This perspective shift transforms seemingly mundane activities into meaningful contributions, inspiring me to strive for excellence in everything I do

In life's journey, individuals encounter a heap of challenges that shape their sense of purpose and contribute to their personal and professional growth.

I too have faced such challenges, but it also provides an opportunity for learning and growth Overcoming these challenges has made be resilient, determined, and given me a deeper understanding of my capabilities and limitations.

Balancing personal and professional responsibilities is one more challenge that I have faced leading to stress and burnout However, overcoming this challenge required me to set boundaries, prioritize self-care, and align actions with my personal values that ultimately led to greater fulfillment and wellbeing

3. If you could embark on a mission to change one thing about the world, what would it be, and how would you go about achieving it?

Choosing just one thing to change about the world is a monumental task, given the myriad of challenges and issues facing humanity However, one transformative change could be fostering widespread empathy and compassion.

To achieve it I would lead by example first by embodying empathy and compassion in my own actions and interactions Also demonstrating kindness, understanding, and empathy in my daily life, this inspire others to do the same.

I would educate others about the importance of empathy and compassion through various means, such as public speaking, writing, or organizing workshops and events. Raising awareness about the benefits of empathy and compassion can inspire people to adopt these qualities in their own lives While changing the world is no small feat, fostering empathy and compassion lays the groundwork for addressing a multitude of challenges and creating a more compassionate, equitable, and harmonious world for future generations

My upbringing in a close-knit family structure, where I was the youngest among my sisters, has significantly influenced who I am today Despite being a close-knit family, my parents fostered an environment of openness, where communication and individuality were valued Growing up, I was encouraged to express myself freely and pursue my interests with autonomy

Being the youngest among my sisters, I learned the importance of observation and adaptation. I looked up to my older siblings for guidance and support, and they, in turn, taught me valuable lessons about resilience and perseverance.

My family has taught me to appreciate the richness of different cultures and to approach interactions with an open mind and respect for diversity

Additionally, being an introverted person, I often struggled with networking and public speaking engagements. This challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and develop new communication skills Through practice and persistence, I learned to navigate social situations with greater confidence and assertiveness. While networking and public speaking may still present challenges, I now approach them with a sense of capability and resilience, knowing that I have the skills and determination to succeed

3. If you could embark on a mission to change one thing about the world, what would it be, and how would you go about achieving it?

1. Can you share a bit about your upbringing and how it has influenced you as a person?

Growing up as the youngest in my family, I was surrounded by love and attention from my parents and older siblings Being the "baby" of the family, I often found myself receiving special treatment and having my wishes fulfilled. This environment fostered a sense of security and confidence in me, knowing that my family was always there to support and care for me

Growing up in such a nurturing environment also taught me the importance of kindness and empathy towards others. Seeing my parents and siblings extend generosity and compassion not only towards me but also towards others in need, instilled in me a sense of responsibility to contribute positively to the world around me.

If I could change one thing about the world, I would initiate a global effort where people and governments come together for at least a week to focus solely on addressing climate change This would be a collective mission to preserve our natural resources and protect Mother Nature.

Many species of plants, animals, and marine life are on the brink of extinction, and it's crucial that we take action to ensure a sustainable future for generations to come. I envision a world where future generations can experience the beauty of our planet firsthand, rather than just through documentaries

To kickstart this initiative, I believe we should begin by planting trees, taking responsibility for our environment, and educating our young to treat the world like their home
