Arclinea da sempre affronta questa complessità puntando a conciliare la precisione tecnica con quella funzionale, l’innovazione delle forme con quella degli spazi e scegliendo di lavorare da molti anni con un progettista come Antonio Citterio, per produrre una Collezione che non sia solo attrezzature e arredi, ma nuove architetture da abitare: da vivere e condividere. Ogni innovazione anticipa l’evoluzione degli spazi del cucinare, sempre al servizio di un progetto aperto al cambiamento, con cui Arclinea mantiene viva la grande tradizione italiana: esaltandola attraverso il design più accurato di funzioni, materiali, forme e spazi del quotidiano. Of all the rooms in the home, the kitchen is the most complex and fascinating, the place where cuisine and conviviality, high-performance materials and cutting-edge technologies all merge into one. The Arclinea response to this complexity has always been to marry technical and practical precision, the innovation of shape with that of space. This is why it has worked for many years with a designer like Antonio Citterio, with the aim of producing a Collection that is not only equipment and furnishings, but also a new concept for cooking and living spaces. Arclinea innovations anticipate the evolution of cooking spaces, and all at the service of a design approach that embraces change, with which Arclinea intends to keep alive the great Italian tradition, reworked thanks to more precise design of functions, materials, shapes and everyday living spaces. The following pages show display compositions photographed in the brand new Arclinea Flagship Store in Milan: images and content representative of an exclusive, recognizable, unique view of the kitchen, for Arclinea.

CONVIVIUM

L’architettura della casa trova con Convivium soluzioni straordinarie. Come in questo ambiente con al centro la grande isola conviviale con ante in acciaio inox PVD bronzo e tavolo integrato Era. A fianco dell’isola una boiserie in legno con ante ad apertura orizzontale Modus disegna un volume architettonico che integra la zona di contenimento e lavaggio. Completano l’ambiente due diverse soluzioni funzionali della nuova Madia. Legno rovere fumé, acciaio inox PVD bronzo e marmo Carrara, definiscono lo stile di una soluzione compositiva caratterizzata da elementi distintivi unici, come il piano di lavoro in marmo Carrara con invaso, che accoglie cottura, lavaggio, taglieri in legno, griglie in PaperStone® e, al centro, il nuovo canale attrezzato in acciaio inox. La cura del dettaglio si evidenzia nel bordo in massello sagomato del tavolo Era, negli esclusivi accessori in filo della zona lavaggio, nelle flessibili e complete attrezzature interne in teak.

Convivium provides home architecture with extraordinary solutions, like this layout with the large convivial island in the centre, doors in PVD bronze stainless steel and Era, the built-in table. Alongside the island, wood panelling with Modus horizontal folding doors designs an architectonic volume that contains the storage and washing area. Two different functional solutions for the new Madia complete the room. Fumé oak, bronze PVD stainless steel and Carrara marble set the style for a layout solution characterised by several distinctive elements, such as the worktop in Carrara marble with drip guard for the hob, sink, wooden chopping boards, PaperStone® grids and, in the centre, the new accessorised channel in stainless steel. Attention to detail stands out in the shaped solid wood edging on the Era table, exclusive wire accessories around the washing area, and versatile complete internal accessories in teak.

ITALIA

Italia interpreta le istanze abitative più attuali con un rinnovato desiderio di condivisione e ospitalità. La boiserie in legno teak con ante ad apertura orizzontale Modus delimita e separa lo spazio del Closet con cucina interna, concepita per il contenimento e l’operatività, dall’isola esterna, dedicata ai momenti di convivialità. Entrambe le composizioni sono caratterizzate dalla finitura in acciaio inox, per ante e piano con invaso, abbinata alla finitura teak degli accessori e degli interni dei contenitori. Diversa la scelta delle attrezzature: cottura a induzione, doppia mensola in acciaio, snack in legno a doghe, vetro paraschizzi per l’isola conviviale Italia; piano operativo con griglie in ghisa, pattumiera da top, Mensolinea con profilo LED e cappa Artusi Gourmet Plus per la composizione Italia all’interno del Closet.

Italia interprets modern lifestyles with a newfound desire for socialising and hospitality.

The teak wood panelling with Modus horizontal folding doors delimits and separates the space of the Closet with internal kitchen, designed for storage and work, from the external island, perfect for sharing with friends and family.

Both layouts are finished externally in stainless steel, for doors and recessed worktop, and this is teamed with a teak finish for accessories and insides of the storage systems. The elements chosen here are different: induction hob, double steel shelf, snack bar in slatted wood, glass splash guard for the Italia convivial island; worktop with cast iron pan supports and worktop waste bin, Mensolinea shelf with LED profile and Artusi Gourmet Plus hood for the Italia layout inside the Closet.

PRINCIPIA

Un ambiente cucina definito ricercando la massima funzionalità. Al centro, in uno spazio contenuto, l’isola operativa e conviviale concentra le funzioni di lavaggio e cottura del cibo: si completa con il comodo piano snack Era e, nella parte superiore, con la Doppia Mensola sospesa. Accanto, l’area attrezzata per la preparazione e il lavaggio stoviglie: un ampio piano di lavoro con un secondo lavello, basi con due cassettoni, pensili con ante in vetro.

Le mensole esclusive Arclinea, Mensolinea e Mensoluce, corrono lungo la parete, tra base e pensile, per un’operatività quotidiana efficiente e per avere tutto a portata di mano e di occhi. Raffinata l’estetica del progetto, nella combinazione delle finiture: acciaio PVD nero per le ante Convivium dell’isola e della Doppia Mensola, fossil oak per le ante Principia delle basi e della parete attrezzata, granito Nero Assoluto per i piani di lavoro.

A display kitchen that is all about maximum functionality. Cooking and washing are concentrated in the convivial work island that takes up very little room in the centre, which has the handy Era snack bar and, suspended above it, a double shelf. Next to this, an accessorised zone for food prep and dishwashing: a large worktop with a second sink, base units with drawers and glass wall units for storage with, between them, the exclusive Arclinea Mensolinea and Mensoluce shelves. All ensuring efficient everyday use and everything within reach. Aesthetics are enhanced by the special combination of finishes: black PVD steel for the Convivium doors on the island and the double shelf, fossil oak for the Principia doors on the base units and accessorised wall, Nero Assoluto granite for the worktops.

CONVIVIUM

Protagonista di un ambiente cucina Convivium caldo e accogliente, il legno teak del tavolo a penisola Era, dei contenitori, dei pensili e della boiserie, interrotto nella sola zona operativa con basi Convivium ante Elegant in laminato Armour bianco. Raffinato e prezioso il marmo Portoro lucido dello schienale e del piano operativo alto 20 cm con invaso, che accoglie tagliere in noce, griglie in PaperStone®, entrambi scorrevoli. A parete Mensoluce e Mensolinea, le esclusive mensole Arclinea, concentrano diverse funzioni: dall’illuminazione puntuale all’aspirazione dei fumi, fino al contenimento ordinato di piccoli oggetti d’uso quotidiano.

Nell’angolo, tra le basi e le colonne attrezzate con anta Convivium New Professional in legno teak con profilo in PVD nero, il WIC (Walk In Closet), con finitura interna in teak e illuminazione con sensore di presenza.

The main player in a warm welcoming Convivium kitchen is the teak wood, used for the Era peninsula table, tall and wall units, and the panelling, interrupted only by the work area, with Convivium base units and Elegant doors in white Armour laminate. The back panel is in fabulous, refined polished Portoro marble, as is the 20 cm thick worktop with drip guard that houses sliding walnut wood chopping board and Paperstone® grids. Various functions are concentrated in the exclusive Arclinea Mensoluce and Mensolinea shelves on the wall, from dedicated lighting to fume extraction, through to tidy storage of everyday objects. In the corner, between the base and tall units with Convivium New Professional doors in teak wood and black PVD profile, the WIC (Walk In Closet), with internal finish in teak and lighting system with motion sensor.

CONVIVIUM

Un ambiente essenziale con isola operativa dall’immagine compatta, tavolo snack integrato e vani a giorno in legno, cappa Isola in acciaio inox con vetro perimetrale e parete di contenimento attrezzata: al centro, posizionato tra i due forni, il MAC (Mini Appliances Container), mobile con anta in vetro e piano estraibile interno, dedicato ai piccoli elettrodomestici. Le finiture, dal legno fossil oak al laminato Armour grigio delle ante Convivium Elegant, fino all’acciaio inox Vintage del piano di lavoro, sottolineano il carattere rigoroso della composizione.

I dettagli definiscono le qualità estetiche e funzionali della proposta: come i cassetti con gola centrale sull’isola e al centro delle colonne, i caratteristici bordi perimetrali inclinati del tavolo snack e l’invaso del piano operativo dedicato alla cottura e al lavaggio, dove posizionare liberamente il tagliere in noce e le griglie in PaperStone®.

A minimal layout with a compact-looking work island, integrated snack table and open units in wood, Isola hood in stainless steel with glass border and accessorised wall of tall units featuring a MAC (Mini Appliances Container) with glass door and internal pull-out top, positioned centrally between the two ovens. From the fossil oak wood to the grey Armour laminate of the Convivium Elegant doors, through to the Vintage stainless steel of the worktop, the finishes all highlight the formal feel of this layout. The details define the aesthetic and functional qualities of this space.

Such as the drawers with central grooved handle on the island and, in the centre of the tall units, the characteristic sloping perimeter edges on the snack top and the recess on the worktop for the hob and sink, which also houses sliding walnut wood chopping board and PaperStone® grids.

LIGNUM ET LAPIS

Un ampio spazio operativo, un ambiente con alte prestazioni professionali: il massimo per accogliere, ospitare, condividere il piacere di cucinare e degustare. Al centro, l’isola “scultura” Lignum et Lapis con struttura in acciaio inox: il grande piano ad invaso, che concentra le funzioni di lavaggio e cottura, è attrezzato con pattumiera da piano, griglie in PaperStone® e taglieri in legno noce, entrambi scorrevoli.

Il nuovo canale attrezzato separa lo spazio di lavoro dallo snack con inserto in marmo.

L’aspirazione dei fumi, fondamentale in uno spazio cucina professionale, è risolta con due grandi cappe Artusi Professional in acciaio inox con vetro perimetrale. Alle spalle dell’isola, la parete attrezzata accoglie, oltre ai frigoriferi, ai forni e alla cantina refrigerata Vina con dispensa, anche un’area funzionale dedicata al lavaggio delle stoviglie. Assoluta praticità d’uso ed ergonomia nella scelta delle finiture: acciaio e laminato Armour nero delle ante con maniglia integrata Italia. Un grande tavolo e la panca Arclinea in legno rovere naturale completano l’ambiente.

A large work space, an environment offering high-level professional performance, perfect for hosting and sharing the pleasure of cooking and tasting. In the centre, the “sculpted” Lignum et Lapis island with stainless steel structure: a large recessed worktop houses the hob and the sink, a worktop waste bin, sliding PaperStone® grids and walnut wood chopping boards. The new accessorised channel down the middle divides the work space from the snack bar with an insert in marble. Fume extraction, fundamental in a professional kitchen, is guaranteed thanks to two large Artusi Professional hoods in stainless steel with glass border. Behind the work island, the accessorised wall houses not only the fridges, ovens and wine unit Vina with storage unit, but also a functional dishwashing area. Maximum practicality and ergonomics for the finishes in steel and black Armour laminate, with recessed Italia handle.
