How to install Linux on a Chromebook
Setting up the Linux point on ChromeOS is veritably simple. That is the path you must take.

In the left-hand column, click “Advanced” to open up more options. Elect Developers https://customer-supportnumbers.com/why-cant-i-install-linux-on-my-chromebook/
At the top of the screen, you’ll see the option for Linux development terrain. Click the “Turn on” button.
A new window will open to begin the set up for Linux. Click Next to continue. Enter a username (any bone will do) and allocate how much important fragment space you want Linux to use (there’s generally a recommended quantum). Also click Install.
ChromeOS will now download and install the virtual machine software that will be used to run Linux.
When this is done, a new terminal window will appear with a command prompt ready. This means Linux is installed and running, so you’ll want to find some apps to install.
