Transitional Pastor Ministry Training Practical Tools for Transition

On February 24-25, 2025 Drs. Henry Webb, Craig Webb, and Robert Miller led transitional pastor ministry training for eight men. Pastors Daniel Tomita (retired), Mark Tagami, Joe Boney, Bill Messer, Arjay Gruspe, Mike Procter, Andrew Large (retired), and David Whitehead completed the two-day training. This training is designed to help current and future interim pastors better serve churches in transition. A transitional pastor is given practical tools and trained to lead a congregation through eight steps of transition, culminating in helping the new pastor get a good start in the church and community.
