The great Gen-X psyop
Editorial
Generation X is the demographic cohort following the baby boomers and preceding the millennials. As children in the 1970s and 1980s, a time of shifting societal values, Gen Xers were sometimes called the "latchkey generation", due to reduced adult supervision compared to previous generations. This was a result of increasing divorce rates and increased maternal participation in the workforce, prior to widespread availability of childcare options outside the home. As adolescents and young adults in the 1980s and 1990s, Xers were dubbed the "MTV Generation" (a reference to the music video channel), sometimes being characterized as slackers, cynical, and disaffected. Some of the cultural influences on Gen X youth were the musical genres of grunge and hip-hop music, and independent films. In midlife, research describes them as active, happy, and achieving a work–life balance. The cohort has been credited with entrepreneurial tendencies and was the last generation in the United States for whom postsecondary education was broadly financially remunerative.

The above paragraph came from Wikipedia. One might wonder if the entire movement was a planned operation against an entire generation. We were groomed from the cradle to be less masculine by PBS shows like Mr. Rogers and Sesame Street. At a very young age, cable tv was introduced and Gen-X was the final generation to be able to be able to watch black and white television shows with a moral education such as Leave it to Beaver and Andy Griffith.

Our generation was introduced to “Bosom Buddies” and were told by megastar Madonna that materialism was great and that she felt like a virgin. Explicit labels were introduced for the first time during our formulative years and Christianity was mocked everywhere. Saturday Night Live introduced the “Church Lady” and marinated our mindless brains in ridiculous psyop television shows such as Jerry Springer, Maury Povich, Rosie O’Donnell, Sally Jesse Raphael, Jenny Jones, Geraldo, Ricki Lake, and Montell Williams shows.
We became walking zombies not following Christ but following our entertainment gods. We were

scared out of our young minds by movies like Jaws, The Shining, Poltergeist, Friday the 13th, and A Nightmare on Elm Street. We were also told that being a rebel was cool and fun with examples such as Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, and The Breakfast Club.
As we became adults, instead of quoting scripture, our generation quoted Seinfeld. Shows like 90210 and Sex and the City helped marinate us. The History Channel turned any miracle that could have been attributed to God and explained away as “Ancient Aliens.” Science became the answer to everything, whether provable or not. “Science tells us…” replaced “God’s Word says…” Was all of this deviousness completely organic, or is there more to it? How much money was made from all of this? Did we become a debtor society during this period? Were we given credit cards in college with no real way to pay them off? Were we qualified for mortgages that we couldn’t afford? Was pornography purposely thrown in our faces and readily available to anyone for free at the fingertip?
The baby boomers were the test pilot. Gen-X was the target. It is up to the Gen-X God-fearing conservatives to ultimately save America. And millennials, hopefully will be the next greatest generation. But it has to begin by ultimately turning back to Christ and shredding the era of the satanic attack on the world.
Not one of us is exempt from this attack on all of us. Whether we marinate our brains in the History Channel, the NBA, MLB, NFL, Dr. Phil, or HGTV—we all are being thrust into the same direction. The more distracted we are, the more we can be manipulated into being divided by race, sex, financial status, religion, etc., the more we turn our focus away from God and what truly matters to human beings which is love.
The truth is not always “pretty in pink.” How do we wake ourselves up from this slavery of manipulation?
This great awakening must be spearheaded by the Christians around the world. If we wake up, it will be the largest answered prayer to all faith leaders globally. A true world-wide revival can be held but we must understand fully what has happened to our societies and never again give into the temptations of idolatry and self-worship. We must turn our backs to news networks that lie to us and divide us. We must turn away from TV shows that inflict our minds. We shall overcome.
“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.” ― Martin Luther King Jr.
Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry.—Colossians 3:5.
