On New Years Day at Kidd Key Auditorium in Sherman, Grayson County Sheriff Tom Watt was sworn in by Judge Bill Magers. Sheriff Watt will now serve his second 4-year term.
“I want to thank the citizens of Grayson County for your continued support,” Sheriff Watt said written statement on social media. “I am extremely proud to serve alongside the great men and women of the Grayson County Sheriff's Office, they are a dedicated and professional law enforcement organization that serves our county with pride. I want to thank Capt. Sarah Bigham, Lt. Nikki McDonald and Laura Bellows for the excellent job they did in organizing this event that took place flawlessly and conformed to current Covid guidelines.”
